En todas las zonas productoras, tanto en Colombia como en el mundo, los esfuerzos que se realizan para controlar esta enfermedad afectan fuertemente los costos de producción y es la principal causante de perdidas para el agricultor. Esta guía se presenta como una herramienta para el uso apropiado de uno de los principales fungicidas sistémicos, FORUM 5000 WP, en un marco de desarrollo agrícola sostenible.
