Se desea una revisión de la literatura y posible meta-análisis de los ECC en pacientes con SDRA que evalúen la eficacia de los tratamientos farmacológicos en pacientes con SDRA en los desenlaces, la disfunción de múltiples órganos, el hospital / UCI duración de la estancia de días libres de ventilación mecánica al compararlos con la terapia estándar Se incluirán los ECA de tratamiento farmacológicos que valoren mortalidad en adultos,> 18 años de edad. Se excluirán niños, mujeres embarazadas, animales y ECA sin definición de SDRA.
