Summary:This paper analyses a sentence of Constitutional Court pronouncing as unattainable a rule considered unconstitutional and as an infringement of various articles of CPN. Author refers to Aristotle to explain how particular justice splits in two: distributive justice and corrective justice, this last one labeled by Saint Thomas as commutative.
