Esta investigación es un estudio descriptivo que busca establecer la frecuencia de aparición del Síndrome Burnout, del personal de urgencias de Emermedica, y conocer las estrategias de afrontamiento que utilizan. Para conseguir los propósitos expuestos se utilizaron los siguientes instrumentos: el Burnout Maslach Inventory (MBI, 1981) y la Escala de Evaluación de los Recursos de Afrontamiento Personal.
