Para esto, se utilizó el Utrecht WorkEngagementScale (UWES), y el General SelfEfficacyScale (GSE). Los resultados muestran altos niveles tanto de workengagemet como de creencias de auto eficacia en la muestra poblacional, altos niveles de confiabilidad de los instrumentos, y un alto coeficiente de correlación entre las variables mencionadas; resultados que son coherentes con lo que plantea la literatura.
