El objetivo principal del estudio fue el de mejorar las habilidades de expresión oral de los estudiantes a través de la implementación de juegos de roles. Situaciones de la vida real, trabajo en parejas y en grupo fueron actividades pedagógicas utilizadas para alcanzar el objetivo principal del proyecto. Los datos fueron recolectados a través de cuestionarios, diarios de estudiantes y grabaciones de vídeo durante un período de cinco meses, y se utilizó el enfoque de la teoría fundamentada para analizar los datos. Los resultados mostraron que los estudiantes mejoraron sus habilidades de expresión oral evidenciando mejoramiento de su pronunciación y vocabulario.
