Para lograr este objetivo, se elaboraron los ítems del cuestionario a partir de una rigurosa revisión teórica del sentido del trabajo, en la que se encontró que existen fuentes y mecanismos a través de los cuales este sentido se encuentra. Se distribuyó a 5 jueces expertos el formato de validación para que evaluaran la pertinencia, suficiencia, coherencia, relevancia, sintaxis y semántica de cada ítem y luego realizaran las observaciones pertinentes. Finalmente, con las sugerencias realizadas por los jueces, y las observaciones de un pilotaje de instrumento de 20 personas, se llevaron a cabo las correcciones correspondientes para el instrumento final.
