Baquero, Ángela MarcelaPérez, María Celeste2022-02-07T21:35:01Z2022-02-07T21:35:01Z2021https://hdl.handle.net/10818/49701218 páginasActualmente, las Instituciones de Educación Superior se mantienen en la constante lucha por alcanzar, perseverar y asegurar un proceso educativo que se destaque por la calidad, por esta razón, el presente proyecto de pasantía se centró en desarrollar un plan de gestión y seguimiento para favorecer el posicionamiento y visibilizar la calidad educativa de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de La Sabana; esto, a través de cuatro líneas de acción, las cuales se enfocaron en la vinculación y consolidación de espacios de encuentro y diálogo entre la Decanatura y la Red Interamericana de Liderazgo Educacional RILE, la administración de redes sociales de la Facultad y la red, la construcción y producción de artículos académicos y documentos orientadores de la Facultad. La metodología empleada a lo largo del proyecto evalúa el impacto cuantitativo por medio de las estadísticas mensuales o engagement rate de las redes sociales gestionadas, y el impacto cualitativo mediante la valoración brindada por Ángeles Ortega-Luque y el Doctor Javier Bermúdez en un formulario de evaluación. Los resultados evidenciaron que el desarrollo del plan de gestión y seguimiento junto con las funciones desempeñadas fueron efectivas, y existe una satisfacción significativa por parte del directivo de la Facultad y miembros de la red"Currently, Higher Education Institutions are in a constant struggle to achieve, persevere and ensure an educational process that stands out for its quality, for this reason, this internship project focused on developing a management and monitoring plan to promote the positioning and visibility of the educational quality of the Faculty of Education of the Universidad de La Sabana; this, through four lines of action, which focused on the linking and consolidation of meeting spaces of the Deanery with the Inter-American Educational Leadership Network RILE, the management and administration of academic and social networks of the Faculty and RILE, and the construction and production of academic articles and guidance documents of the Faculty. The methodology used throughout the project evaluates the quantitative impact through monthly statistics or engagement rate of the social networks managed, and the qualitative impact through the assessment of Ángeles Ortega-Luque and Doctor Javier Bermúdez through a form. The results showed that the development of the management and monitoring plan in conjunction with the functions performed was effective.
