Por esto se presenta un estudio en una población de 1409 personas que trabajan en Colombia, a los que se les aplicó una encuesta online para evaluar los constructos mencionados anteriormente. Se analizó la relación entre las variables agotamiento profesional, satisfacción laboral, estrategias de recuperación y perfeccionismo, el modelo utilizado explica un 22% de la varianza en hombres y en mujeres un 28%.
