Upon this premise, it is described the model of legal education (realist humanism) wherein the legal task is fundamentally defined as a just conduct, and wherein it is stated and acknowledged the close relationship between ethics and law. Therefore, it is understood that the practical teaching of law and the coherent formation within an authentic legal culture, are two clear elements that widen and renew the allinall understanding of Scholarly Writings and Legal Science. Among others, the author analyzes the teaching method and legal culture that this model pretends to implement.A partir de una aproximación filosófica a la formación jurídica es posible identificar paradigmas o modelos de educación jurídica que, incluso, dotan de cierta identidad a los abogados formados en ellos. Con base en esta constatación, se describe un paradigma de enseñanza del derecho (el humanismo realista) en el cual lo jurídico se define fundamentalmente como conducta justa, y donde se manifiesta y reconoce una estrecha relación entre ética y derecho. Bajo esta tesitura, se entiende que la enseñanza práctica y la formación coherente con una cultura jurídica auténtica, son dos claros factores que amplían y renuevan la doctrina y la ciencia jurídica en general.
