La muestra estuvo conformada por 102 sujetos los cuales respondieron voluntariamente a dos cuestionarios: Las versiones en español de la Escala de Actitudes hacia el Trastorno Mental y el Inventario de Actitudes Hacia la Búsqueda de Servicios en Salud Mental. Se encontró que sí existe una relación significativa ya que, entre mayores puntajes en actitudes de separación, estereotipo, restricción, predicción pesimista y estigmatización, menor puntaje en apertura psicológica; y a mayores puntajes en predicción pesimista y estigmatización, menos indiferencia ante el estigma.
