Por tanto, mediante la implementación de la metodología de Errores Estándar corregidos para datos Tipo Panel, se pretende explicar la magnitud de estos efectos con fluctuaciones en el ingreso a nivel global, por regiones y por nivel de ingreso específico. En síntesis, el efecto en el desarrollo humano en episodios de aceleración es positivo contrario al efecto que se presenta en episodios de desaceleración. En cuanto al análisis regional, se evidencia el fortalecimiento del desarrollo humano en Norte América, Europa y Asia Central a diferencia de Asia Meridional, África del Norte y Subsahariana dónde la perspectiva es negativa. Además, se reafirma que el crecimiento económico conlleva a mejoras en los niveles de desarrollo debido a que los países.
