En efecto, a partir de una reconstrucción conceptual de dicha noción, este trabajo defiende la tesis de que las Escrituras atribuyen a los jueces la función de incentivar a las autoridades políticas a comportarse de forma virtuosa para proteger los derechos e intereses de las personas.
