JEL Classification: M1, M10 Received: 22/07/2020.  Accepted: 05/11/2020.  Published: 01/12/2020.El presente análisis documental  de modelos de transferencia de conocimiento, pretende  interpretar las características que identifican a la Espiral de Creación del Conocimiento de Nonaka y Takeuchi; el E-flow de Pedler, Burgoyne y Boybell; el Proceso de Transferencia de Conocimiento de Szulanski; así como el Modelo de Fortalecimiento del Conocimiento Común de Dixon, para determinar las similitudes y diferencias que caracterizan a cada uno y que aportan información valiosa para generar una propuesta de modelo teórico de transferencia de conocimiento,  que facilite  estudiar dicho fenómeno  en las empresas sinaloenses.
