These mere circumstances justify once again returning academic attention to them.Aunque sus textos suelen contener una porción mayor de aspiraciones que den realidades históricas tangibles, para los historiadores, otros humanistas y también los dedicados a las ciencias sociales, desde un punto de vista epistemológico las constituciones constituyen valiosos “hechos sociales”, desde un punto de vista metodológico ellas representan además “discursos” o “narrativas” susceptibles y dignas de análisis y discusión conceptual e intelectual sistemática.
