description An integration strategy is proposed for modeling and simulation of System Dynamics in the Agroindustry program provided by the Institute of Distance Education and Regional Projection of the Universidad Industrial de Santander. The design and implementation of the strategy was carried out through an experiences-based experiment involving teachers and students enrolled in the Animal Nutrition Management course of the agroindustrial program. Such experiences were focused on the use of learning environments in class to complement theoretical knowledge by implementing simulated experiments enabling this knowledge to get closer to real experiences on-site. From this experiences-based experiment and the proposed strategy, it is possible to conclude that learning environments allow decision-making capacities to be developed with the support of simulation scenarios that are very close to the reality on the field.

El diseño y la aplicación la estrategia se realizaron mediante experiencias-experimento, con docentes y estudiantes, en la asignatura de Manejo de Nutrición Animal del programa agroindustrial. Tales experiencias giraron en torno al uso en clase de ambientes de aprendizaje para complementar el conocimiento teórico mediante experimentación simulada que permitiera acercarlo a experiencias reales en campo. A partir de las experiencias-experimento realizadas y de la estrategia planteada es posible concluir que los ambientes de aprendizaje permiten desarrollar capacidades de toma de decisiones apoyadas en escenarios de simulación muy cercanos a la realidad de campo.Une stratégie d’intégration est proposée pour la modélisation et la simulation de la Dynamique de Systèmes dans la formation en Agro-industrie offerte par l’Institut d’Enseignement à Distance et de Projection Régionale à l’Universidad Industrial de Santander. La conception de la stratégie et sa mise en œuvre ont été réalisées moyennant une expérimentation basée sur les expériences des professeurs et des étudiants inscrits au cours de Gestion de l’Alimentation Animale du programme agroindustriel. Telles expériences ont été concentrées sur l’usage d’environnements d’apprentissage en classe pour compléter la connaissance théorique par une expérimentation simulée permettant de rapprocher cette connaissance des expériences réelles sur place. À partir de cette expérimentation et de la stratégie proposée, il est possible de conclure que les environnements d’apprentissage permettent de développer des capacités de prise de décisions étayées sur des scénarios de simulation très proches de la réalité sur le terrain.Propõe-se uma estratégia para a integração da modelagem e simulação com dinâmica de sistemas à formação em agro-indústria oferecida pelo Instituto de Projeção Regional y Educação a Distancia na Universidade Industrial de Santander. O desenho e a aplicação da estratégia se realizaram mediante experiências-experimento, com docentes e alunos, na disciplina de Manejo da Nutrição Animal do programa agro-industrial. Tais experiências viraram em torno ao uso na classe de ambientes de aprendizagens para complementar o conhecimento teórico mediante a experimentação simulada que permitisse acercá-lo a experiências reais em campo.
