However, the proposed mechanisms in the international regime, are far from being really efficient and seems rather protect deviations, so it is necessary to work hard in limiting the actions of these companies, which have caused severe environmental damageLa responsabilidad de las empresas transnacionales frente a los derechos humanos ha estado en el ojo del huracán. Es evidente que los márgenes de maniobra de las multinacionales han alterado las propias soberanías estatales y por ello es menester controlar los desafueros.
