This investment has focused on Latin American countries with attractive geological potential, so it is worth examining how these investments are conducive to economic development of countries, representing challenges in defining the State policy that maximizes its benefits.El sector minero ha venido captando los mayores flujos de inversión extranjera directa, permitiendo la entrada de proyectos que, al nuevo nivel de precios son técnica y económicamente más viables, asociado a la diversificación en los portafolios de riesgo y al alto nivel de capital que exige su explotación.
