description The objective of the research was focused on promoting the active participation of children between the ages of 4 and 12 in the municipality of Mosquera-Cundinamarca, Colombia through online spaces, thus making the voices of the group selected for this process visible. This experience occurred in times of pandemic, thus preventing face-to-face meetings, resolving the need to open up virtuality, and through it a series of workshops were generated that arose from the interests of these childhoods, thus allowing to strengthen the leadership skills, collaborative work, cooperative. This study is carried out from qualitative research with a hermeneutic approach where the following tools were used: interviews, surveys, observation, and the pedagogical documentation of the different workshops and the minutes of the meetings of the reflection spaces.

Esta experiencia se vivió en tiempos de pandemia, impidiendo así los encuentros presenciales, generando la necesidad de dar apertura a la virtualidad, y por medio de ella se generaron una serie de talleres que surgieron desde los intereses de estas infancias, permitiendo de esta forma fortalecer las habilidades de liderazgo, trabajo colaborativo, cooperativo. Este estudio es realizado desde la investigación cualitativa con un enfoque hermenéutico donde se utilizaron como herramientas de recolección: entrevistas, encuestas, la observación, las documentaciones pedagógicas de los diferentes talleres y las actas de los encuentros de los espacios de reflexión.O objetivo da pesquisa se concentrou em promover a participação ativa de crianças de 4 a 12 anos do município de Mosquera-Cundinamarca, Colômbia, por meio de espaços online, tornando visíveis as vozes do grupo selecionado para esse processo. Essa experiência foi vivida em tempos de pandemia, impedindo assim os encontros presenciais, gerando a necessidade de abrir a virtualidade, e por meio dela foi gerada uma série de oficinas que surgiram dos interesses dessas infâncias, permitindo assim fortalecer as habilidades de liderança , trabalho colaborativo, cooperativo.
