Therefore, this paper aims to analyze if the active agents, especially members of the Police and Army, are victims of the internal armed conflict that must be taken into account as such in the so-called Colombian transitional justice.La justicia transicional, entendida como las medidas que toma un gobierno con posterioridad al conflicto, han sido retomadas por el Gobierno nacional en los Acuerdos de Paz firmados con las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC); sin embargo, en esta justicia transicional se han encontrado vacíos en el concepto de víctimas y la reparación integral de las mismas, ya que solo entiende como víctimas a los civiles y miembros de la Fuerza Pública, que de manera directa o indirecta se han visto afectados por el conflicto armado interno, dejando a un lado las secuelas que pueden sufrir los sujetos activos de la guerra respecto a su salud emocional y psicológica.
