The implementation was realized by using of microstrip lines with RF 35 subtrate of the Taconic company. The obtained results are shown and its behavior is evaluated.Los amplificadores clase F se caracterizan por su alta eficiencia, que los hace útiles en circuitos de transmisión. El presente artículo contiene el diseño, simulación e implementación de un amplificador RF clase F a 1748 GHz. La implementación se realizó utilizando líneas microcinta con substrato RF 35 de la empresa Taconic.
