The Congress is structured from three aspects; organizational; development and impact; in the organizational aspect, different educational, technological, health and pedagogical levels were taken into account; in the development the participation of teachers, experts in training and professional researchers at local, regional, national and international level was evidenced. Finally, the impact caused was the contribution of tools that allow a responsible and solidary management of resources.Este evento académico abrió un espacio de discusión interdisciplinario que permitió compartir experiencias de expertos de otros países en el manejo de la biodiversi- dad y a la vez brindar aportes con el propósito de generar políticas de conservación del medio ambiente así como lineamientos. El Congreso se estructuró desde tres aspectos: el organizativo, el de desarrollo y el impacto; en el aspecto organizati- vo se tuvieron en cuenta diferentes planos educativos, tecnológicos, en salud y pedagógicos; en el desarrollo se evidenció la participación de docentes, expertos en formación e investigadores profesionales a nivel local, regional, nacional e inter- nacional.
