The Psychology Database (ProQuest), Scielo and Dialnet databases were integrated with a conglomerate of 94 studies from which 26 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected. Three inductive categories were identified, allowing to see the ethical practice, the transgression of ethics and the psychological implications that this can entail for the interest groups. As a conclusion, it is obtained that the study of ethics is transversal in organizations and society, thus being essential to understand it from its transgression, as well as the opportunity to encourage research in depth of the ethical aspects of the role of the psychologist in different economic contexts such as source of improvement in which to do professional.El objetivo del presente trabajo fue identificar los marcos de referencia de la ética en las organizaciones y el rol del psicólogo organizacional en países latinoamericanos, en el periodo 2010-2021, basados en el protocolo PRISMA-P. Se integraron las bases de datos Psychology Database (ProQuest), Scielo y Dialnet, con un conglomerado de 94 estudios de los cuales se seleccionaron 26 artículos, que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se identificaron tres categorías inductivas, permitiendo ver: la práctica ética, la trasgresión de la ética y las implicaciones psicológicas que esta puede conllevar a los grupos de interés. Se concluye que el estudio de la ética es transversal en organizaciones y la sociedad, siendo así sustancial comprenderla desde su transgresión.
