They are in depth and in the complexity of their being an inner work of art that is necessary to be discovered. Therefore, we must educate the whole person, not reduce it only to stock up information, if so, we are not fulfilling our essential function of educating. Students as subjects of changes and continuing transformations of realities, have as destination their realization and their happiness in the middle of their daily activity, whose stage is the world around them.Formar íntegramente a partir del conocimiento pleno de sí mismo para poder mirar con mayor detenimiento a la persona de nuestros estudiantes, es la tarea que corresponde al formador de formadores de la licenciatura en Educación Básica, pues son ellos, en la profundidad y en la complejidad de su ser, una obra de arte interior que hay que descubrir. Por tanto, hemos de formar a la persona completa, no reducirla solo a almacenar información, si-es-así, no estamos alcanzando a cumplir con nuestra función esencial de formar.
