For this, the concepts referring to gender approach and right to education will be addressed, analyzing the pros and cons of its application within the framework of the Peace Agreement signed by the National Government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia - FARC, taking into account the recommendations from the international community, some public institutions, researchers and ex-combatants, who have been in charge of studying previous processes.El presente artículo tiene como fin explorar y señalar una serie de estrategias y/o lineamientos que puedan ser considerados en la elaboración de políticas públicas educativas dirigidas a mujeres excombatientes vinculadas a procesos de desarme, reinserción y reintegración - DDR. Para esto, se abordará los conceptos referentes a  enfoque de género y derecho a la educación, analizando los pros y contras de su aplicación en el marco del Acuerdo de Paz firmado por el Gobierno Nacional y las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia - FARC, teniendo en cuenta las recomendaciones de la comunidad internacional, algunas instituciones públicas, investigadores y excombatientes, quienes se han encargado de estudiar procesos anteriores.O objetivo deste artigo é explorar e apontar uma série de estratégias e/ou diretrizes que podem ser consideradas no desenvolvimento de políticas públicas educacionais voltadas para mulheres ex-combatentes vinculadas aos processos de desarmamento, reinserção e reintegração - DDR.
