Implementing and developing the constructivist pedagogy, methodology of the classroom, learning by doing, learn playing and learn recreating, supported by the use of the developed MEC. The process of gathering information, was held with the objective to implement population, surveys, interviews, chats with students and evidence on the subject. Them a test was performed before and after the use of the MEC to the students themselves. To resolve the assumptions made is continued proof of ranges with sign of Wilcoxon. Students under investigation are going through the stages described by Piaget, the first stage of concrete operations and then those of formal operations.

Students under investigation are going through the stages described by Piaget, the first stage of concrete operations and then those of formal operations.Al realizar un diagnóstico del manejo de números enteros,   se  evidenciaron  falencias  en  los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa San Nicolás del municipio de Tuta (Boyacá), en  los grados sexto a octavo, por tal razón, se consideró implementar ambientes  lúdico matemáticos con TIC's, a través del análisis, desarrollo e implementación del MEC para la enseñanza de las operaciones básicas con números  enteros,    permitiendo  mejorar  el razonamiento  lógico y    la agilidad mental de  los estudiantes.  Aplicando  y  desarrollando  la Pedagogía Constructivista, metodología del aula, aprender haciendo, aprender jugando y aprender recreando,  apoyados  en  la  utilización  del  MEC desarrollado.  La  recolección  de  información,  se realizó  con  la  población  objetivo  aplicando: entrevistas, charlas con los estudiantes y pruebas sobre el tema. Se realizó una prueba antes   y otra después  de  la  utilización  del MEC  a  los mismos estudiantes.
