Un dispositivo de desempeño modesto es presentado y varias pruebas son ejecutadas con él usando software de distribución gratuita. Con la experiencia adquirida, son identificadas oportunidades de empleo de SDR en soluciones de bajo costo que pueden resolver problemas significativos.
