Finally, it he insists on realizing a judgment for genocide against the ex-president Pastrana for the person in charge of the humanitarian crisis in Colombia, with more than thirty million poor and eight million wretches.Partiendo de concebir los Derechos Económicos, Sociales y Culturales como valores, el autor señala la imperiosa necesidad de reconocerlos como fundamentales, pero se encuentra con obstáculos como la política neoliberal, que privilegia el mercado sobre la solidaridad. Hace un recuento de los resultados estadísticos de la política económica imperante en el mundo, que solo dejado desolación y muerte, y plantea la necesidad de apoyar los movimientos antiglobalización y la tasa Tobin, propuesta para gravar los capitales especulativos internacionales. Finalmente, insiste en realizar un juicio por genocidio contra el ex presidente Pastrana, como responsable de la crisis humanitaria en Colombia, con más de treinta millones de pobres y ocho millones de miserables.Partindo de reconhecer às Leis Econômicas, Sociais e Culturais como valores, o autor indica a necessidade imperiosa de reconhecer as mesmas como fundamentais, mas pensa obstáculos como a política neoliberal que ela favorece o mercado na solidariedade. São feitos inventários sobre os resultados estatísticos da política econômica dominante no mundo, que só sobrou. desolação e morte e levanta a necessidade de inclinar movimentos antiglobalização como a defesa da taxa Tobin para onerar os especulativos capitais internacionais.
