Objective: to describe elements of the construction of intercultural citizenship for sons and daughters of migrant parents that contribute to an inclusive education in Chile. Originality/support: It problematizes the inclusion of schoolchildren in the context of migration in relation to the protection of their rights, the positioning of interculturality in Chile and the school as a space for the formation of possible citizenships. Method: Documentary review of the state of the art. Strategy/ information gathering: Consultation in academic databases, direct request for bibliography and documents to experts and/or researchers on the subject and search by subject in the Library of the National Congress of Chile. Conclusions: the importance of the curriculum as a reference where the recognition of the existing diversity in the classroom can be concretized and therefore the promoter for the symmetrical and respectful dialogue with the diverse cultures that inhabit the country and that form an intercultural citizenship is revealed |

Método: Revisión documental de estado del arte. Estrategia/recolección de información: Consulta en bases de datos académicas, solicitud directa de bibliografía y documentos a expertos y/o investigadores en el tema y rastreo por tema en la Biblioteca del Congreso Nacional de Chile. Conclusión: se devela la importancia del currículo como referente donde se puede concretar el reconocimiento de la diversidad existente en el aula y por ende el promotor para el diálogo simétrico y respetuoso con las diversas culturas que habitan en el país y que forman una ciudadanía intercultural.Objetivo: descrever elementos da construção da cidadania intercultural para filhos e filhas de pais migrantes que contribuem para a educação inclusiva no Chile. Originalidade/aporte: Problematiza a inclusão das crianças em idade escolar no contexto da migração em relação à protecção dos seus direitos, o posicionamento da interculturalidade no Chile e a escola como espaço para a formação de possíveis cidadanias. Método: Revisão documental do estado da arte. Estratégia/coleta de dados: Consulta em bases de dados académicas, pedido directo de bibliografia e documentos a peritos e/ou investigadores no assunto e acompanhamento por assunto na Biblioteca do Congresso Nacional do Chile.
