Some effects of the technological management in the industrial production and the role of the education for its approptriation in Colombia

This document aims to analize the influence of the management of the technology in the industrial production, which has provoked radical changes in the use of the production factors; the hand labor, for instance, its is being changed by technological know ledge and the stock which generate significant increments on the productivity indicators.  Each time competitiveness, centers more its relevance in the innovation, as element of change and transformation it has allowed designing flexible production systems, nowadays they permit to obtain efficient processes without the practice of the economies of scale.  The technical, technological and university education must bring up a creative professional, who must be worried about the design, organization, technological systems management according to our reality, it is processes, where the alliances and projects be fruit of the dynamic reactivation in the dynamic reactivation in the relation enterprise University-Government.
