Moreover it would have the possibility of the guardianship action against official decisions, misnamed de facto proceedings, that could limit the effectiveness of administrative acts that born into legal life by error of the Administration.En Colombia debería haber una acción de inexistencia de actos administrativos, que deje sin eficacia los actos administrativos que por error de la administración nazcan a la vida jurídica y que violen derechos fundamentales, a fin de precaver el daño inminente que se pueda causar.
