(Carr,1978) there are two citations in mention:    One from The Cambridge Modern History: Its origin, Authorship nad Production (1907), pp. 10-12. “We cannot, in this generation, formulate a definitive history; but we can do away with conventional history, and show what point we have reached on the journey from this to that, now that all the information is accessible, and that every problem is capable of being solved. The other with reference to The New Cambridge Modern History, i (1957), p. XXIV-XXV, which reads: “The exploration does not seem to have limits and there are impatient researchers who take refuge in skepticism, or at least in the doctrine that, since all historical judgments implies people and points of view, all are equally valid and there is no historical truth - objective- " Carre, 1978) Now, more than a hypothesis. there is the reflection between soap opera and history and reality to say that fiction is not pure in its essence but that it resorts in part to reality as well as to historical memory.  It has a research design that seeks to trace a real event that is identified with the fictional situation without leaving the historical within the dynamic, which allows marking boundaries between that reality, fiction and history.  In the study it was evidenced that circumstances converge in a time and place way not only in reality but also in history and fiction.  What has been said shows the results to be connected in a harmonious way between reality and theory and allows the follow-up of future studies or subsequent analysis from the framework of Law in the line of the chronicle.

Para hacer este abordaje se cita de forma particular The Cambridge Modern History: Its origin, Authorship nad Production (1907), donde se plantea:   No podemos, en esta generación, formular una historia definitiva; pero sí podemos eliminar la historia convencional, y mostrar a qué punto hemos llegado en el trayecto que va de ésta a aquélla, ahora que toda la información es asequible, y que todo problema es susceptible de solución. La exploración no parece tener límites y hay investigadores impacientes que se refugian en el escepticismo, o cuando menos en la doctrina de que, puesto que todo juicio histórico implica personas y puntos de vista, todos son igual de válidos y no hay verdad histórica – objetiva–. (Carr, 1978)   Ahora, más que una hipótesis, se tiene la reflexión entre telenovela, historia y realidad, para decir que la ficción no es pura en su esencia, sino que recurre –algunas veces– al presente y, en otras, al pasado. Tiene un diseño de investigación que procura seguir el rastro a un hecho real que se identifica con la situación de ficción.   En el estudio confluyeron circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar, no solo en la realidad, sino en la historia y en la ficción. Lo dicho muestra conectarse los resultados en forma armónica entre la realidad y la teoría, y permite el seguimiento de estudios futuros o análisis posteriores desde el marco del derecho en la línea de la crónica.Este documento trata de temas díspares e, ao mesmo tempo, convergentes: mulheres, novelas, história, situação dos centros de detenção. Para fazer essa abordagem, cita-se em particular The Cambridge Modern History: Its origin, Authorship nad Production (1907), onde se afirma: Não podemos, nesta geração, formular uma história definitiva; mas podemos acabar com a história convencional e mostrar até que ponto avançamos disso para aquilo, agora que todas as informações estão disponíveis e todos os problemas são solucionáveis. A exploração parece não ter limites e há pesquisadores impacientes que se refugiam no ceticismo, ou pelo menos na doutrina de que, como todos os julgamentos históricos envolvem pessoas e pontos de vista, são todos igualmente válidos e não há verdade histórica objetiva . –. (Carr, 1978) Agora, mais do que uma hipótese, há uma reflexão entre novela, história e realidade, para dizer que a ficção não é pura em sua essência, mas recorre – às vezes – ao presente e, em outras, ao passado. Possui um desenho de pesquisa que busca seguir o rastro de um evento real que se identifica com a situação ficcional. No estudo, as circunstâncias de modo, tempo e lugar convergiam, não só na realidade, mas também na história e na ficção.
