The human being is the starting point and thee arrival of the Education in general and in particular, in the Right. The educational of this area, in their educational practice preponderadamente goes to the Masterful Class and it is forged in the classroom of class in an empiric way starting from the imitation of styl observed in its own educational experience as student. To the abilities of Right it corresponds them to be endowed of a technical of a technical body that mates the Pedagogy with the Right.El derecho es una disciplina inserta en las ciencias sociales, cuyo estudio debe esclarecer nociones como educación, formación in tegral, enseñanza, didáctica, metodologia y evaluación. Educar para la vida digna es un fundamento axiológico que reúne, en un solo haz, pedagogia y derecho. El ser humano es el punto de partida y de llegada de la educación en general y, en particular, del derecho. El docente de esta áres acude, en su práctica educativa, de manera preponderante a la catedra magistral, y se forja en el aula de clase de manera empirica, a partir de la imitación de estilos observados en su propia experiencia como alumno.
