After a review of international and national policies on this subject, it is concluded that it is necessary the transversal articulation forthe development and execution of a project in Financial and Economic Education at the level of the Educational Institution.Este artículo es resultado de una revisión documental realizada para la investigación denominada “Prácticas pedagógicas en educación económica y financiera en básica primaria”, que se lleva a cabo en la Institución Educativa Silvestre Arenas de Sogamoso (Boyacá, Colombia) en los grados 5A y 2B.
