The results show that the price of housing maintains a negative relationship with the intensity of house robberies; Regarding incivilities, only graffiti and lawn maintenance matter.En esta investigación se somete a prueba la teoría de las incivilidades para explicar la formación de hotspots de robo a casa habitación en la Zona Metropolitana de Querétaro. Los datos se obtuvieron de una encuesta propia y una aplicación de web scraping para la construcción de datos espaciales.
