The independent political project consists of constructing a incluyente society that plays a role of structural mediation between the establishment and the political rebellion from proposing an exit to the deep social deficit. Of there the articulador central paper of a great movement of democratic transformation that corresponds to him to play the social movement of peace. In the middle of the drama and the tragedy the new political subject arises, in where the academy is protagonist. |

De actores politicos con precarias legitimidad representación no puede esperarse la paz. La sociedad y la nación inacabadas que constituyen la Colombia de hoy, lo cual se refleja en agudas y crónicas confrontaciones de diversa indole, requiere convertir en proyecto politico autónomo el acumulado de causas democratizadoras que han poblado la vida del país en las últimas cinco décadas. Ese pais nacional innovador ha de encontrar el camino y la forma para sobreponerse al caduco país político. El proyecto político autónomo consiste en construir una sociedad incluyente que juegue un papel de mediación estructural entre el establecimiento y la rebelión política a partir de proponer una salida al profundo déficit social. De ahi el papel central articulador de un gran movimiento de transformación democrática que le corres ponde jugar al movimiento social de paz. En medio del drama y la tragedia insurge el nuevo sujeto político. La academia juega en este alumbramiento.A paz na Colômbia está profundamente ligada à transformação da política. De atores políticos com legitimidade e representação precárias a paz não pode ser esperada. A sociedade inacabada e a Nação que constituem a Colômbia de hoje, o que se reflete em confrontos agudos e crônicos de natureza diversa, requer converter projetos políticos independentes os acumulados de causas democratizadoras que povoaram a vida com o país nos últimos cinco décadas. Esse país nacional, inovador, tem que encontrar o caminho e a forma de controlar para expirar o país político. O projeto político independente consiste em construir uma sociedade incluyente que desempenhe um papel de mediação estrutural entre o estabelecimento e a rebelião política de propor uma saída ao profundo déficit social.
