En Manatí, se encontró una debilidad en el sector ganadero porque los pequeños y medianos ganaderos han centralizado su economía en la comercialización de la carne, dejando a un lado la producción de la leche y esto sucede por la falta de infraestructura física debido a los altos costos energéticos que demanda la refrigeración y almacenamiento de la leche. Por esta razón, este proyecto presenta el diseño de un centro de acopio de leche situado en el municipio de Manatí que beneficiará directamente a 2000 familias aumentando sus ingresos y mejorando su calidad de vida.El diseño del centro de acopio cuenta con 200 paneles solares monocristalinos y 10 inversores, estos suplirán el 45% de la carga. El objetivo final, es presentar una propuesta de viabilidad técnico-económica para el desarrollo del sector ganadero-lácteo, ya que este juega un papel importante en la economía del Departamento.With the purpose of promoting agro-industry and strengthening the economy in the Atlantic area after the 2011 flood, Universidad del Norte has published its investigations in the Municipality of Manatí and Santa Lucía. In Manatí, a weakness was found in the livestock sector because small and medium-sized cattle ranchers have centralized their economy in the marketing of meat, leaving aside the production of milk and this happens due to lack of physical infrastructure due to high levels of energy costs required by the refrigeration and storage of milk. For this reason, this project presents the design of a milk collection center located in the municipality of Manatí that benefits directly in the year 2000 through 200 monocrystalline solar panels and 10 inverters, which will supply 45% of the load.
