In particular, we explore 1) The incorporation of CSRinto organizational purposes; 2) stakeholder management and 3) assessment ofCSR impacts in society. We show how systems-thinking ideas and methodologieshave helped us to facilitate discussion about these elements in the classroom.La adopción de la responsabilidad social corporativa (RSC) se haconvertido en un tema de interés mundial. A través de la historia dela RSC, se han explorado una serie de áreas para fundamentar la ideade que las organizaciones deben atender las necesidades de la sociedad.Sin embargo, la implementación de distintas iniciativas para poner enpráctica lo que la RSC significa ha experimentado grandes limitacionesy constreñimientos. En este artículo se exploran algunas de las áreas enlas cuales la RSC se ha desarrollado: 1) La incorporación de la RSC en lospropósitos organizacionales, 2) La gerencia de los socios, 3) Evaluacióndel impacto de la RSC en la sociedad.
