Se plantea que a través de la trayectoria del partido, es posible conocer un poco acerca de la historia reciente de Brasil, desde las luchas por la democratización entre las décadas de los años 1970 hasta los años 1980, por la entrada del neoliberalismo en el país, y hasta la fase actual del llamado desarrollismo. / Neste artigo pretende-se traçar os determinantes e que influíram nas transformações do Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT) ao longo de trinta anos de história, isto é, desde sua fundação, em 1980, até o último ano do segundo mandato de Luís Inácio Lula da Silva na presidência da república brasileira, em 2010. Acredita-se que através da trajetória do partido é possível conhecer um pouco da história recente do Brasil, desde as lutas pela redemocratização entre o final da década de 1970 e início dos anos 1980, passando pela entrada do neoliberalismo no país, até a atual fase do chamado novo-desenvolvimentismo.application/pdfspaUniversidad del NorteMemorias; No 17 (2012)Authorization for the reproduction, use, publishing, and divulgation of a literary, artistic or cientific piece.
