In this article, definitions, purposes and objectives ofthe entrepreneurial spirit are presented, taking into consideration themeasurement of entrepreneurship level of the 6 schools of FacultadSede Sogamoso of Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia,according to Colombian law (Law 1014, 2006) that promotes such asattitude in educational and entrepreneurial fields. For doing that, it isnecessary to implement the entrepreneurships’ education in primary,secondary and university levels searching to foster the creativity andentrepreneurial ability among young and future professionals.La actitud emprendedora que se ha manifestado durante los últimos25 años ha sido una conjunta y pionera gestión de los gobiernos,regiones y universidades, empresas y personas en todos los rinconesdel planeta, obviamente, con diversos niveles de intensidad. En esteartículo se presentan las definiciones, alcances y objetivos del espírituempresarial y, sobre todo, la medición del nivel de emprendimientode los estudiantes de las 6 escuelas pertenecientes a la Facultad SedeSogamoso de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia,puesto que la misma ley colombiana (Ley 1014 de 2006) fomentadicha actitud emprendedora a nivel empresarial y educativo.
