Aporta un cambio novedoso a los tradicionalesmétodos de evaluación de proyectos, ya que introduce un modelo integral paraevaluación cuantitativa de criterios cualitativos de reconocida importancia, peropoco investigados, tales como: calidad, know how, diversificación, innovacióny reposición.
