Support system to the process of decision-making of investment in technology according to Kepner and Tregoe model. Barranquilla Telecommunications Sector

This research develops a model and a software to evaluate technologicalinvestments in the telecommunication companies. Offers a new change tothe traditional methods to evaluate projects, because introduce an integralmodel to the quantitative evaluation of important qualitative critters, asquality, know how, diversification, innovation and replacements. Includefinance analysis to offer a cash flows and risk simulation.Present numerically the importance level of each one of the critters mentionedbefore in the sector, results of an applied instrument and interviewto the directives of the most important companies, beside offers systems tocalculate the evaluation of these critters in each investment alternative.
