Debido a esto, la empresa ha optado por realizar los pedidos de materia prima según lo que consideran necesitar, aunque en ocasiones la cantidad no alcanza o se acumulan las referencias en almacén, quedando algunas de estas sin utilizarse por desconocimiento de que siguen almacenadas. El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo proponer un Sistema de Gestión de Inventario para que la empresa DigiPrint Ltda. tenga un mejor control de las referencias que maneja. Para esto fue necesario hacer un diagnóstico inicial de la empresa, un Análisis ABC para saber cuáles eran las referencias más consumidas y enfocarnos en las mismas; y posteriormente se abordaron distintos métodos de Gestión de Inventario, seleccionando el Modelo QR como el más conveniente para este caso. Finalmente, se creó una Aplicación Web para facilitarle a la empresa el control de las materias primas almacenadas. |

Due to this, the company has chosen to place orders for raw materials according to what they consider necessary, although sometimes the quantity is not enough or the references are accumulated in the warehouse, some of them remaining unused due to ignorance that they are still stored. The objective of this project is to propose an Inventory Management System so that the company DigiPrint Ltda. has better control over the references that they handle. To achieve this, it was necessary to make an initial diagnosis of the company, an ABC Analysis to know which were the most consumed references and focus on them; and later different Inventory Management methods were addressed, selecting the QR Model as the most convenient for this case.
