Was denoted that while some variables are prized by the organizations, the depth is varied in the company, according to previous experience.Este artículo surgió a partir de una investigación llevada a cabo en 2010, en la que se tomó como referencia el caso del ISS correspondiente al sector de la seguridad social. Se aplicó un instrumento conformado por cuatro variables (estructura, cultura, procesos y cambio) con el propósito de valorar si previamente al rediseño organizacional estas son analizadas por los gerentes o colaboradores que estuvieran a cargo.
