NAME OF THE AUTHOR OR AUTHORS of the piece /article, adult, resident of xxxx, identification, passport number xxxx issued in xxxx, in full use of physical and mental capabilities, part which will be referred as hereafter as the AUTHOR, endorses the following authorization with the purpose of allowing the reproduction, use, communication, and publication of a certain work, in accordance with the following terms: 1. Independently of the existing legal regulations regarding the involvement of the parties in this agreement, the parties agree that the AUTHOR simply and purely approves the UNIVERSIDAD DEL NORTE to use the material under the tittle xxxx in the Journal. 2. This authorization specially refers to the patrimonial rights of reproduction of the work through any known or still unknown mean, to public communication of the work to any tittle within or not the academic sphere, to the distribution and marketing of the work directly or through third parties with commercial or educational rights, work modification through physical support, digitalization, translations, adaptations or any other form of alteration. Nevertheless, the above mentioned authorizations are merely declarative and therefore, unmentioned and different forms of economic and editorial exploitation will not be discarded. 3. Declares that the manuscript is original and enjoys of exclusive creation, and that there isn’t any kind of impediment for the assignment of rights, answering as well for any grievance, plagiarism, or any other kind of claim. 4. That this authorization is being done free of charge. 5. Moral rights of the author over the manuscript exclusively correspond to the AUTHOR, and because of this, the UNIVERSITY is obliged to openly and rigorously recognize and respect them. No obstante lo anterior, la enunciación de las autorizaciones es meramente enunciativa y no descartan nuevas formas de explotación económica y editorial no descritas en este contrato por parte del AUTOR del artículo, a modo individual. 3. Declara que el artículo es original y que es de su creación exclusiva, no existiendo impedimento de ninguna naturaleza para la cesión de derechos que esta haciendo, respondiendo además por cualquier acción de reivindicación, plagio u otra clase de reclamación que al respecto pudiera sobrevenir. 4. Que dicha autorización se hace a título gratuito. 5.
