Summary:This article aims to establish the economic and legal fundament ofthe obligations and duties of information, which assist the parties inthe different stages of the contractual iter (gestation, consummation,execution) when the issue of law 1328 of 2009 which sets out regulationson financial matters, insurance, securities market and other provisions.In turn, aims to demonstrate how information is an effective mechanismto encourage or rebalance the inequalities between individuals, lowerstransaction costs and is a protective measure of the weak part of thecontractual relationship in financial activity.
