description At present the actions of the human being have greatly damaged this planet. Although there are measures that seek to reduce the effects of deterioration of the planet, climate change is still present and increasing, so many strategies are needed to combat the problems that arise on the planet. Our proposal to combat this problem is based on designing two videogames with an educational approach that allows children in the school context to learn about environmental preservation in the areas of recycling, care and rationalization of water. Throughout the project, the Extrem Programming methodology was applied because it adapts to the project given its flexibility in small teams and its good programming practices. Favorable results were obtained regarding the objectives of the project, where 100% of the participants would recommend their use to their friends, demonstrating that the project does encourage children to want to improve the current environmental situation. The problem of climate change is one of the future challenges of the whole society and our application generated great interest in the student community surveyed. In this way, we are waiting for the impact it could have on the city's schools.

A pesar que existen medidas que buscan reducir los efectos de deterioro del planeta, el cambio climático aún sigue presente y en incremento, por lo que hacen falta muchas estrategias para combatir las problemáticas que se presentan en el planeta. Nuestra propuesta para combatir dicha problemática, se basa en diseñar dos videojuegos con enfoque educativo que le permita a los niños en el contexto escolar conocer frente a la preservación ambiental en temáticas de reciclaje y racionalización del agua. A lo largo del proyecto, se aplicó la metodología Extrem Programming porque se adapta al proyecto dada a su flexibilidad en equipos pequeños y sus buenas prácticas de programación.
