As the result of the changes in the concept about the wayof creating, measuring and distribution of wealth which has resulted from thebreaking of the industrialization principles which have governed the economicssystem for several centuries.Este documento es el resultado del proceso de investigación sobrecapital humano que el autor ha venido adelantando. Aquí se recogenalgunos avances sobre otras categorías asociadas al capital humano quecontribuyen a mejorar los resultados económicos logrados en los países yen las organizaciones y como consecuencia del desarrollo de la economíadel conocimiento, que ha dado lugar al surgimiento de la teoría del capitalintelectual.
