Summary:The main target of this investigation was to identify the key factors, that haveallowed to Pymes of the textile sector of the departmento del Atlántico to be successfulin their exporting management of 1999-2003, characterizing them and diagnosingthem by the different enterprise scopes, presenting a plan of improvement with its respectivestrategies, in order to propose an Associative Model of Exporting Management–AMEM– which it serves as referring to the more productive and competitive companiesof this sector being in the external markets, with international standards.
