Summary: | Colombian youth in many sectors of the country have been facing a series of social problems during the last decades, such as teenage pregnancy, drug addiction and loss of human talent. The foregoing is mainly due to the lack of guidance in the family nucleus and the absence of social programs by the Colombian State, which leads to an increase in undesirable factors, such as poverty, crime, intra-family abuse, school dropouts, etc. Therefore, the mitigation of these problems becomes of utmost importance to improve the quality of life of young people and their families, and in this way to promote the growth of the country by pursuing social equity. The project consists of the construction of an orientation center focused on professional coaching, to enter into context, coaching consists of thought-provoking and creative process that inspires person who receives it to maximize their personal and professional potential. The method consists of accompanying, instructing and training a person or a group of them, with the aim of achieving some goal or developing specific skills with a reach to young people of different ages and interests. This project will be developed on an area of approximately 24,000 square meters, the infrastructure of the project in question will have a main building with three levels and a basement, where there will be rooms, auditoriums, cafeteria, bathrooms, administrative area, etc. In addition, it will have a road with sections of rigid and flexible pavement, a parking area and multifunctional sports fields. Given the characteristics of the project, the objective is achieved, since the reason for the majority of young people who are on the wrong way is due to the lack of guidance and opportunities to improve both their style and quality of life. Surplus manages to correct the aforementioned thanks to its professional staff in coaching, workshops, sports areas, gym, psychological help, among others. The project has a cost of $ 7,166,297,256 |
